The Town of Orange, MA seeks an experienced and proactive law enforcement professional to serve as Police Chief.
Appointed by the Select Board and supervised by the Town Administrator, the ideal candidate will be a seasoned law enforcement professional with a Bachelors Degree in law enforcement, criminal justice or a related field; ten years of progressively responsible police experience, with five years of experience in a supervisory capacity; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional requirements include; Certification as a police officer by the Massachusetts Criminal Justice Training Council, a Valid Massachusetts motor vehicle operator’s license, Firearms certification, and Residence within 25 miles of the Orange Police Station or be willing to relocate within 1 year.
Salary: 95,000-105,000 BOE
