The Town of West Newbury, MA, is seeking a progressive, community-oriented Police Chief to lead a department of full-time and reserve Police officers and the Dispatch Department. The Chief of Police is the chief administrative officer of the Police and Dispatch departments and the final departmental authority in all matters of policy, operations and discipline. A Bachelor’s Degree in criminal justice or a related field is required. Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice, public administration or a related field preferred.
