University Police Officer
- $59,302 minimum starting salary for Police Officers
- Additional entry compensation possible based on candidate’s education and experience
- Signing bonus
- Shift differential (not represented in starting salary)
- College tuition remission for employee and dependents
- 10% employer contribution to retirement savings plans (with 2% employee contribution)
- 20 days PTO to start, plus medical leave
- Paid Parental Leave up to 8 weeks
